The Small Business Alliance exists to empower small business owners in Union County to achieve growth and success through collaboration, education, and shared experiences. This trusted network of peers provides a supportive environment where members can regularly exchange knowledge, tackle challenges, and develop actionable strategies to enhance their businesses. Together, we are building a stronger small business community, one connection at a time. 

 

Open to Chamber members who own businesses with 25 or fewer employees, this exclusive program provides a supportive mastermind-style environment where participants exchange insights, tackle challenges, and develop actionable strategies. Members will meet 6 times over the year focusing on practical topics like time management, marketing, hiring, and financial planning. 

Membership Requirements

Small business owners with 25 or fewer employees

Must be a Chamber member in good standing for 1+ year

Must be available to attend at least 75% of the meetings

Must complete Small Business Alliance Application
