2025 graduates of the Institute of Organization management

On June 25, 2025, Jessica Rielly, Director of Communications and Special Projects, graduated from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Institute for Organization Management (IOM).

Over the past 4 years, Jessica completed 96 credit hours in nonprofit management. Classes delved deep into topics including leadership, finance, membership, advocacy, and more. This intense program is designed to prepare leaders to serve their communities and organizations with excellence. Graduates of the Institute are recognized across the country as some of the most committed, capable, and forward-thinking professionals in the chamber and nonprofit worlds.

“I am grateful for past President and CEO Pat Kahle, IOM for encouraging me to pursue the IOM designation,” Jessica shared. Along with the valuable lessons and skills I learned over the past 4 years, I have made deep connections with brilliant leaders from across the country. This expansion of my network allows me to serve members, businesses, and all of Union County better. I am looking forward to putting what I’ve learned into practice.”

Jessica’s time at IOM has deepened her expertise and brought fresh ideas to YOUR Chamber. Her dedication to growth and learning reflects the Chamber’s commitment to excellence, not just in what we do, but how we do it. And while she now holds the prestigious “IOM” designation, what matters most to us is how she’ll continue using what she’s learned to make our community even stronger.

Jessica joined YOUR Chamber in 2019 as Director of Programs and Events. In 2023, she moved into the role of Director of Communications and Special Projects. Jessica was instrumental in the creation of the Chamber’s Emerging Leaders Program and Small Business Alliance. During her tenure, she also redesigned all of the Chamber’s communications, increasing engagement among Chamber members and the public at large.

Please join us in congratulating Jessica on this well-earned achievement. We’re proud of the work she’s done, and even more excited for what’s to come.
