The ones who get things done. Whether they’re leading board meetings, launching businesses, mentoring young professionals, organizing food drives, or managing the beautiful chaos of everyday life, they do it all with heart, purpose, and quiet strength.
At YOUR Chamber, we believe those women should be seen and celebrated.
That’s why we’re excited to announce that nominations are now open for the 2025 Women in Business Awards!
This October, we’ll once again host our annual Women in Business Luncheon, where we’ll recognize six outstanding women in our community: three as Women to Watch, and three as Women of Influence.
Know a Woman Who Deserves Recognition?
We’re looking for nominees who embody professionalism, service, and leadership in Union County.
Women to Watch
These women are between the ages of 21-39 and already making an impact with bright futures ahead.
Nominees should:
- Work for a Chamber member in good standing
- Show notable professional achievements and growth
- Be active in the community through service or volunteer work
- Commit to continuous learning and development
- Mentor and encourage others, especially younger women
Women of Influence
These honorees are established leaders who have significantly impacted their business or community.
Nominees should:
- Work for a Chamber member in good standing
- Be recognized for their professional accomplishments and leadership
- Be respected by peers and community members
- Lead through service in civic or community roles
- Support the growth and development of other professionals, particularly women

Nominations are open now through August 1, 2025. It only takes a few minutes to recognize a woman whose work, heart, and influence deserves the spotlight.

The 2025 Women in Business Awards will be held during the Women in Business Luncheon on October 8, 2025 at Rolling Hills Country Club. Stay tuned for more details on this special event.
