Union County Chamber CEO/President Pat Kahle, IOM has announced her retirement, after serving in the role for 11 years.
Pat’s exceptional contributions have been pivotal in advancing the mission of the Union County Chamber, driving economic growth, fostering collaboration, and championing the success of our members. Her passion for serving Union County’s business community has left a profound and lasting impact on the organization and the region as a whole.
“We are incredibly grateful for Pat’s leadership and the lasting impact she has made on our organization and the entire community,” said Shane Fraser, Chair of the Union County Chamber Board of Directors. “Pat’s dedication to our mission has been nothing short of inspiring, and we are proud of all that we have accomplished under her guidance.”
Under Pat’s leadership, the Chamber has greatly improved, is financially strong, has increased membership, and added programs focused on the mission to champion business growth and business prosperity throughout Union County.
The Board has already begun the work to ensure a seamless transition, following the Chamber’s Succession Plan, which was approved by the Board of Directors in 2022. The Search Committee, led by Vice Chair Fred Edwards will partner with a professional executive search firm.
